Professor (doctoral advisor), graduated from northwestern polytechnical university with a doctor's degree, completed the first post-doctoral degree in Xi 'an Jiaotong University from 2000 to 2001 and the second post-doctoral degree in Technion-Isracl Institute of Technology. He worked in Ames National Laboratory of the U.S. Department of Energy from 2005 to 2007. He used to be the deputy dean, professor, and doctoral supervisor of the School of Materials of Xi'an University of Technology. He is currently the dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Henan University of Technology, and a professor (doctoral supervisor) of the School of Materials of Xi'an University of Technology. He has successively won one second prize of the 2001 Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education, one first prize of science and technology in Shaanxi Province, one first prize of science and technology in provincial colleges and universities, and one second prize of science and technology in Chinese colleges and universities. He has published more than 150 academic papers, including 50 in SCI, 50 in EI and 5 in national invention patents. The main research direction is the large plastic deformation and rapid solidification of magnesium, aluminum and other metals. He is the author of the book "Preparation Method and Microstructure and Properties of Fine-grained Magnesium Alloys.

　　Xu JinfengSenior consultant of the company and member of the Special Alloy Research Institute. Professor, graduated from Xi 'an Jiaotong University in 1986, majoring in foundry. From 200 to 2006, he received a doctor's degree in material physics and chemistry from Northwestern Polytechnical University. He taught a number of key professional courses and won one first prize for science and technology in Shaanxi Province, one second prize for science and technology in provincial colleges and universities, and one third prize for scientific and technological progress in Xi'an. He has published more than 70 academic papers, including 20 in SCI, 30 in EI and 7 in national invention patents. The main research directions are solidification technology and new materials, alloy microstructure and performance characterization, advanced welding materials, etc. He was a visiting researcher at Osaka University in Japan as a senior visiting scholar. 　　Pu ZhenGeneral Manager graduated from Shaanxi University of Finance and Economics (now under Xi'an Jiaotong University) in 1997, majoring in international accounting. After graduation, he was in charge of financial work in Xi'an Changtai Special Alloy Factory. In 2002, he went to Tsinghua University School of Materials for further study in casting major. After graduation, he returned to Changtai Special Alloy Factory as the factory director. Due to the relocation of urban development enterprises, enterprises also need to develop, in December 2005, Shaanxi Zhongyou Special Alloy Technology Co., Ltd. was newly established in Taiping No.2 Road, Wangsi Industrial Park, and served as the general manager of the company. Through three years of hard work, the company passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and compiled various process regulations., Management methods, the company has developed five series of products, more than 20 varieties, and opened up nearly a hundred large and medium-sized foundry enterprise markets inside and outside the province, in 2011, it was awarded the title of "Excellent Supplier" of Shaanxi Automobile Jinding Casting Co., Ltd. He successively studied for master's and doctor's degrees in Xi'an Jiaotong University, worked in Shaanxi Automobile Manufacturing General Factory for three years, taught in the School of Materials of Xi'an University of Technology for 10 years, and worked in LOVAT TUNNELING CANADA LTD from 2005 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, he worked in TUNNELING CANADA CORPORATION in CATEPILLAR. In 2001, he was certified as an international welding engineer and in 2009, he was certified as a Canadian welding quality inspection engineer. He has published more than 20 important papers during his work and teaching. At the end of 2011, he was hired back to work in the company, which made important contributions to the company's research and development of special alloys and the leap-forward development of the company.

Senior engineer, graduated from Beijing Institute of Machinery in 1966, majoring in foundry. He has been engaged in technical and enterprise management work in Shaanxi Heavy Automobile Foundry Branch for a long time. He has served as technical section chief, technical factory director and factory director successively. During his tenure as technical factory director, he went to Austria Steyr Automobile Factory in 1986 for casting technology training. At the same time, he inspected TRM and other foundries. After returning to China, he cooperated with Professor Lu Wenhua of Xi 'an Jiaotong University and Professor Guo Dazhan of Xi 'an Jiaotong University Materials Institute. In 1987, he was fully responsible for organizing the scientific research task of introducing Austrian Steyr heavy truck "GGGGG40 Cast Ductile Iron Performance Test and Productivity Test and Productivity Test Test Test.
