II. Product Features

2. The structure is dense, the composition is uniform, the particle size distribution is reasonable, the smoke and dust are small, the amount of addition is small, and the production cost is low.
3. The pre-furnace treatment is the same as the ductile iron treatment process, which is simple and convenient to operate and stable in effect.
4. Strong applicability, wide temperature range of creep treatment, can produce large, medium, small and thin vermicular ink cast iron parts.
5. Small white mouth tendency, small wall thickness sensitivity, good tissue uniformity, and strong anti-recession ability.
Third, the use of methods
1. The pre-furnace treatment method is basically the same as that for the production of ductile iron. First, the vermicular agent is poured into the dam pit, covered with 0.3-0.5 YJ-3 inoculant, and a small amount of covering agent is added on it. The molten iron can be vermicular treated without compaction.
2. The amount of vermicular agent is closely related to the sulfur content of the original molten iron, the size of the casting and the wall thickness. Small thin-walled pieces add less, thick-walled large pieces add more. The lower the sulfur content of the original molten iron, the less the amount of addition, and the easier the control of the creep rate. Under normal conditions, for every 0.01 increase in S from 0.02, the amount of peristaltic agent added increases by 0.1-0.3. It is necessary to strictly control the temperature, tapping speed and tapping weight of molten iron to ensure stable absorption rate of creep agent and stable creep rate of castings.
